No Caffeine Challenge

So, here’s the deal. Caffeine makes me ANXIOUS.

I already have anxiety. I don’t need any help in this department.

Yet, I continue to drink it.

Every. Day.

Why?

I think that I think I need it.

But I don’t.

I DON’T NEED CAFFEINE TO GET THROUGH THE DAY.

(Maybe if I say it enough, I’ll start to believe it!)

Instead of caffeine, I plan on taking my vitamins and drinking my greens every morning.

I also recently found I have mild adrenal fatigue and will be treating that with supplements that will *hopefully* make me feel more like “myself” and have more energy.

Operation Feel Good is still under way and making progress!
